CCTV Monitoring

CCTV is used only in common areas for security. No audio recording is performed.

Visitor records: Retained for 6 to 12 months

  • CCTV footage: Retained for 30 to 45 days, unless required for investigation, legal proceedings, or security incidents
  • Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted, anonymized, or destroyed in accordance with TekMindz’s data retention and disposal procedures.

How Do We Safeguard Your Information?
