- Managing & Supporting accurate resource planning/utilization and pipelining process.
- Conduct Project Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after implementation.
- Work with Senior Management to standardize project reporting and provide it for functional status overviews for internal management review.
- Strategy Execution Framework Analysis.
- Managing project stakeholders, project team and vendor teams throughout the project life cycle .
- Ensuring project plans and activities are endorsed by the stakeholders and properly executed and controlled till successful implementation.
- Requirement gathering, functional specifications, Scope inclusions/exclusions, planning/ tracking of resources /resource utilization & allocation.
- Project Management Tracker Management (Excel Based).
- Dashboards for Project Performance, Delay Trends, etc.
- Arranging & Participating in weekly review meetings with VP-Applications
- Weekly reports on Exceptions & Missing information in Project Tracker, Delay report and follow- ups with PMs on sign-offs from users.
- Fortnightly Report for Project Selection, Prioritization & Status Report.
- Organizational Alignment Analysis.
- Cost Benefit Analysis (Project Financials).
- Monthly Applications Performance Trends, Delay Reports.
