Job Description:
  • Managing & Supporting accurate resource planning/utilization and pipelining process.
  • Conduct Project Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after implementation.
  • Work with Senior Management to standardize project reporting and provide it for functional status overviews for internal management review.
  • Strategy Execution Framework Analysis.
  • Managing project stakeholders, project team and vendor teams throughout the project life cycle .
  • Ensuring project plans and activities are endorsed by the stakeholders and properly executed and controlled till successful implementation.
  • Requirement gathering, functional specifications, Scope inclusions/exclusions, planning/ tracking of resources /resource utilization & allocation.
  • Project Management Tracker Management (Excel Based).
  • Dashboards for Project Performance, Delay Trends, etc.
  • Arranging & Participating in weekly review meetings with VP-Applications
  • Weekly reports on Exceptions & Missing information in Project Tracker, Delay report and follow- ups with PMs on sign-offs from users.
  • Fortnightly Report for Project Selection, Prioritization & Status Report.
  • Organizational Alignment Analysis.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis (Project Financials).
  • Monthly Applications Performance Trends, Delay Reports.
  • Project Management(RMG)
